Yes! Our combo package is the most popular and includes both the full soft play setup and a customized craft activity. It’s the perfect mix of movement and creativity for kids of all ages. This also provides a great opportunity for mixed-age events by picking a craft suited for older ages, while young kids enjoy the soft play set up.

Yes, a non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before the event.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event can be rescheduled once without losing your deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable, but we’ll always do our best to work with you if something unexpected comes up.

We totally understand that weather can be unpredictable! If your event is outdoors, we ask that you have a backup indoor location ready. We also can offer an alternate date based on availability. Soft play equipment cannot be set up on wet or muddy surfaces for safety reasons.

We’re based in Michigan and travel within a set radius for events. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our main service area—reach out and we’ll let you know!

We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak party seasons!

Yes, while we handle setup, cleanup, and supervision of crafts, we do require a parent or adult to be present and responsible for children at all times—especially in the soft play area.
